"We have used Cure Solutions for several years now, along with we had an IT guy that was part time but Cure Solutions and him worked real well together. He retired, so now Cure Solutions is our main networking people to take care of us. They take care of our server and all of our desktop computers. I like having them here because they are in town. Also, it's a one call that I have to make and within, usually within the hour or two at the very most we've got somebody onsite looking into our problems. We had a server go down, on like, on a Thursday, and they worked the whole weekend putting a new server in and everything worked virtually very well on Monday morning. We just had a few things and, but other than that it was a good clean switchover. We have since changed or updated another server which went very well, too. We did that... everything was done. "The most huge thing that I started with Cure Solutions when you became an authorized Apple reseller and service provider because I'd been going to Trilutions over in Galesburg and if they couldn't fix it while I was there that would be a hundred and eighty miles of driving, to take it over and the to go pick it up. And then God forbid if there was any problem after I got it home which there was once or twice and luckily he talked me through it but... So I started coming to Cure Solutions. I've just been real happy with all the times that I've been here. The two techs are great; they know Apple products way better than I do and I've been using Apple for twenty five years. I usually haven't had issues with Apple but for whatever reason this year has been extra specially bad year for me because of stuff going on with my iMac at the studio. I've had to have John come out like three or four times to repair problems and then the last time he contacted Apple in California and after hearing the number of times that there had been repairs, Apple said we'll just give you a brand new one. So I basically got an $800 upgrade for free. And you know, it was through Cure Solutions and/or their communication to Apple that made that happen, so I've just been real happy with fast service and he usually knows the problem right away, even before he does any diagnostics, just from what I explain to him because, being a more experienced Mac user, I can tell him a lot of stuff that gives him a huge clue as to what the problem is. Response time, I've got John's number that I can call him personally if I want to and he will respond back, if not answer it, he will usually get back to me within a couple of hours, so I've been real happy with that. Everything worked exactly as it was supposed to when it was new and I got fast turnaround time. Warranty service is great, super-fast turnaround time. I mean when I talk to John with the problems that I've had, he knows 90% of the time what it is and he'll usually get the part from Apple the day after that. No, I'm just...I'm glad, you know, spending the first twenty two years of my Apple life in California, where I could get in a car and in five minutes be in an Apple store. And here it's like a four-hour drive; I'm glad I've got Cure Solutions. It’s, far as I'm concerned, just as good as the genius bars at the Apple branded stores."
